Delivery Policy

Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in the currency selected.
If the item/s are delayed you will be contacted via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time, you can either cancel the order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock. Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.


Delivery within New Zealand:
Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier or other freight provider. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery of your goods, a dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched.
Rural Delivery anywhere in New Zealand and items which are oversize and/or overweight may incur additional freight costs; we will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if there are additional costs.
There is no delivery on public holidays.


International Delivery:

Currently only products from our Motorworks catalogue are available for international delivery. All other products are only available to be shipped within New Zealand . If you are outside of New Zealand please contact us to discuss shipment options.

Orders are not tracked outside of New Zealand and will not be liable for any import or custom taxes or other charges that may apply to your order.

For orders delivered outside of New Zealand, the following approximate delivery time will apply, but please be aware that where any COVID-19 restrictions are in place, these time frames may vary.

Australia 5 - 7 days
South Pacific 8 - 10 days
East Asia & North America 10 - 12 days
UK & Europe 8 - 10 days
Rest of World 10 - 12 days
